Set of the latest Bentley Mulliner collection for the Ft Lauderdale boat show showcase

The company claims that the Mulliner Nauticis collection includes four Continental GT V8 convertibles based on a yachting theme. Plus, the Skyline Collection celebrates Manhattan and that city’s iconic skyline. At the same time, the Miami collection drew inspiration from Miami’s vibrant art scene, colorful lifeguard stations and Art Deco architecture.

Fort Lauderdale-based Bentley retailer has ordered the Nauticis collection, which includes four Continental GT V8 convertibles painted in Aegean Blue and Phantom White. The paint colors are taken from the paint range of the Mulliner Bespoke range and complemented with 22 inch Aegean blue and custom polished alloy wheels. Custom color-matched carbon fiber features a front bumper splitter, side skirts, rear diffuser and trunk lid spoiler.

The interior of the Nauticis combines Brunel, Linen and Portland leather, while the cabin’s tonal theme is finished in Piano Linen. A lightweight open-pore herringbone veneer highlights the center console.

According to Peter Brandt, vice president of Holman Automotive and general manager of Bentley Fort Lauderdale, the collection perfectly complements his company’s philosophy.

“After working closely with Mulliner for a few months, our idea of creating something truly unique, something that aligns with Holman Motorcars’ strategy and the iconic South Florida geography and lifestyle began. . ” Brandt says of the collection. “The end result is a limited edition Mulliner inspired by yachts and the result is absolutely breathtaking. This timeless classic highlights the endless possibilities and capabilities for blending art and technology into a unique emotion and experience.

The Mulliner Skyline collection includes the Flying Spur, Continental GT Convertible, and Bentayga models, and they say Bentley Manhattan has co-authored a subtle specification for grand touring or traveling with family or friends.

The vehicles in this collection are colored in Onyx, a dark black exterior paint applied using manual spray techniques enhanced by the latest robotic technology. The Blackline specification is a substitution of the vehicle’s usual exterior light elements for a darker alternative to provide a “powerful and contemporary” look and feel.

Mulliner’s carbon styling specification includes a silver pinstripe edge and 22 “black and silver alloy rims. Silver accents around the inner rim and headrests are mirrored with painted veneer panels from the dashboard. In addition, contrasting silver stitching is used throughout the center of the seats leading to an embroidered Manhattan Skyline image repeated as a chrome overlay on the passenger dashboard.

Taking inspiration from Miami’s vibrant art scene, colorful lifeguard stations, and Art Deco architecture, the Mulliner Miami Collection includes six Bentley models and features bold exterior paints with Arctica stripes. The Orange, Blue and Lime Green exterior paints on the Flying Spur, Continental GT and Bentayga celebrate the pinnacle of vibrant color that the Mulliner Design team can offer.

The interior of the Flying Spur Miami Edition is dominated by piano veneer to match the two-tone paintwork wrapped around the front compartment and carried in the rear door pockets with Klein Blue leather, which matches the exterior color. The seats feature contrast stitch quilting, Mulliner embroidery in the headrests and micro piping in Klein Blue. Klein Blue leather is also featured on the gear selector and lower spoke of the steering wheel, and a “One of Six” tread plate is included to demonstrate the vehicle’s exclusivity.

“Interest in bringing custom vehicles to market is currently high in the Americas. The opportunity to expand the inventory offering to customers and present a truly unique experience thanks to the personal commissioning guide is remarkable ”, said Mike Rocco, vice president of sales and operations for Bentley Americas. “Our dealers are very involved in each of their local markets and communities with appreciation for maximizing the ability to promote Bentley’s bespoke craftsmanship. “

Bentley claims that the Mulliner Design team has now organized over 1,000 bespoke projects since they started working in 2014. Projects include completely unique and bodied projects such as the Bentley Mulliner Bacalar and car designs from race.

Bentley Mulliner will unveil the suite of bespoke collections for U.S. customers at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show in late October 2021.
